Policy to discuss due to legislation.
A revision in bidding requirements were changed at the state level the procurement policy was amended but the bidding requirement policy was not amended. This revision will update the amounts to what they should be by statute and to mirror the procurement policy. This AR/OP will come before the board for first and final reading on May 13th.
